Finally "complete"

Now also the Temporary chapter for W has been uploaded. This means the alphabet is complete for the first time. Now I'll try to get the contents as complete as possible...

Only W is missing now, working hard on that one, but I'm afraid I will have to do a temporary version first! And then there's the chapter on compilations, but I've given that a low prio for now.

Three new chapters!

Tempus fugit... And changes are coming, so I had to rush out a couple of chapters before I change jobs and we're in for a possible hiatus in writing.

Please find the following uploaded:

Due to time restrictions there are no cover pictures yet, and the V-appendix is only up to 80 to 85%. But that's good enough for now. Let me use the little time I have, trying to make W as complete as possible... Keep your fingers crossed!
